Razzle Dazzle Cleaning Pty Ltd – Terms and Conditions of Service
(Applicable to all regular and custom packages)
Definitions “Company” refers to Razzle Dazzle Cleaning Pty Ltd. “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging the Company’s services. “Services” means the cleaning services provided by the Company as agreed in writing. “Agreement” means the binding contract created when the client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Hours and Availability
1.1. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning Pty Ltd ABN 78402244107, provides services Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2. While all reasonable efforts will be made to maintain a consistent service schedule, Razzle Dazzle Cleaning reserves the right to adjust service times at its discretion due to staff availability, operational requirements, route planning, or unforeseen circumstances. Where practicable, significant changes to scheduled times will be communicated to the client in advance.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. Services will be provided in accordance with the client’s selected cleaning package and any approved additions as confirmed in writing prior to the scheduled appointment.
2.2. Any requests outside the agreed scope of work must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled service and are subject to management approval. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning reserves the right to refuse any additional or unapproved tasks and to apply additional fees where applicable.
2.3. No tasks outside the original scope will be performed unless expressly authorised by Razzle Dazzle Cleaning management.
3. Access to Premises
3.1. Where the client will not be present at the scheduled time of service, the client must provide Razzle Dazzle Cleaning and its authorised representatives with safe, unimpeded, and lawful access to the premises. This includes but is not limited to: (a) Spare keys or lockbox codes; (b) Entry instructions for security systems or alarms; (c) Gate or building access codes; (d) Any other relevant access requirements.
3.2. All access information must be provided no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. The client warrants the accuracy and legitimacy of the information and agrees to indemnify Razzle Dazzle Cleaning against any resulting liability, damage, or delay.
3.3. By providing access credentials, the client grants express consent for Razzle Dazzle Cleaning staff or subcontractors to enter and remain on the premises solely for the purposes of delivering the agreed service.
3.4. Access details will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning will not disclose, misuse, or retain access credentials beyond what is necessary to complete the service unless legally required to do so.
3.5. If access is not granted in accordance with this clause, a lockout fee of up to 100% of the service charge may be applied at the sole discretion of Razzle Dazzle Cleaning.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. The client must: (a) Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property; (b) Secure all pets or animals during the service period; (c) Remove or safely secure valuable, fragile, or sentimental items, including but not limited to antiques, glassware, and electronics; (d) Maintain a tidy environment to allow effective service delivery, including clearing floors and countertops where possible.
4.2. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning shall not be liable for damage to any items not removed or properly secured.
5. Safety and Limitations
5.1. For safety and liability reasons, Razzle Dazzle Cleaning does not: (a) Move or lift heavy, large, or fragile furniture or appliances; (b) Clean TV screens, computer monitors, or other electronic equipment unless explicitly agreed in writing; (c) Provide pest control, gardening, tip runs, or outdoor yard work; (d) Use ladders exceeding a standard step-ladder height; (e) Provide biohazard cleaning or waste removal.
5.2. Cleaning will be performed around immovable objects and in accordance with workplace health and safety standards.
6. Non-Solicitation
6.1. The client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, employ, or engage any current or former employee, contractor, or representative of Razzle Dazzle Cleaning for private services outside this agreement for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of last service.
6.2. Breach of this clause may result in legal action for damages including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of business, and legal expenses.
7. Pricing and Payment
7.1. All invoices are payable within three (3) days of issuance. A $10 late fee may apply for every seven (7) day period that the invoice remains unpaid.
7.2. For deep cleans, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
7.3. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning reserves the right to amend pricing with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ written notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
7.4. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning is not currently registered for GST. All prices are GST-free unless otherwise stated. Clients will be given a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice if GST registration occurs.
8. Cancellations and Lockouts
8.1. A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee may be applied if: (a) The client cancels within two (2) hours of the scheduled time; or (b) Razzle Dazzle Cleaning is unable to access the property due to client-related issues after waiting a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes.
8.2. Ongoing service agreements (weekly or fortnightly) require a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ written notice to terminate. A fee of up to 50% of the final service cost may apply where insufficient notice is given.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, accidents, or illness.
10. Liability and Damage
10.1. While all reasonable care is taken, accidents can occur. Any damage or concerns must be reported to management within twenty-four (24) hours.
10.2. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning’s total liability for any direct damage shall be limited to the total amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Razzle Dazzle Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage.
11. Feedback and Satisfaction
11.1. If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify management within twenty-four (24) hours. Our team will assess the concern against your selected package and, where applicable, may offer a one-time touch-up at no additional cost.
12. Photos and Privacy
12.1. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning may take before-and-after photos of cleans for training, quality assurance, and dispute resolution purposes.
12.2. Photos may be used for marketing purposes in an anonymised form. No identifiable personal information will be used. Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to service.
13. Pets
13.1. Clients must inform us of any pets on the premises and ensure their safety. Services may be paused or stopped if an animal becomes aggressive or distressed.
14. Health and Safety
14.1. If someone at the premises is unwell with a contagious condition, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
15. Updates to Terms
15.1. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
16. Excluded Routine Services
The following are excluded from standard and recurring cleaning packages unless specifically agreed upon in writing:

Chandelier or fragile fixture cleaning

Handling or wet-wiping of lightbulbs

Blood, faeces, or biohazard material

Animal waste or litter
-
Ceiling-height cleaning above step-ladder range

Yard or garden work

Organising, unpacking, or dishwashing

Carpet steam cleaning or shampooing

Full wall washing or stain removal
-
Interior oven, washing machine, or dryer cleaning

Rubbish removal or tip runs
-
Pest-related tasks or dead animal removal
-
Grout restoration or high-grade stain removal
-
Decluttering services (available as a separate package)
If there is any doubt about whether a task is included, please contact us for clarification or a tailored quote.
17. Subcontracting
17.1. Razzle Dazzle Cleaning reserves the right to engage subcontractors or authorised agents to perform services on its behalf. All subcontractors are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
18.1. These Terms and any dispute arising from the provision of services shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
18.2. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
19. Entire Agreement
19.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with any written quote, invoice, or service agreement issued by Razzle Dazzle Cleaning, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No prior oral agreements or representations shall have any binding legal effect.
